Go To A New Level

The year 2023 is approaching. At the turn of the year, on behalf of the board of directors, I extend my best New Year wishes to all of you, to all staff and Weima families, and to all customers, partners and friends from all walks of life!

In 2022, we rose to the difficulties, produced and sold more than 30,000 sets of pumps with various types, and achieved sales and profit growth of more than 30%, reached a new level. The rodless oil produciton is accumulated and applied in batches. We won the first place in the bidding of LESP in Daqing Oilfield and ESPCP in Shengli Oilfield. This year, WEIMA also won the honorary title of "National Small Giant" and "National Manufacturing Individual Champion Product". These achievements are the result of the hard work of all the staff, as well as the strong support of all customers, partners and friends from all walks of life.

Never stop fighting. In 2023, we will ride on the momentum of reaching a new level in 2022 and to reach a new level. We should continue to maintain the growth rate of sales and profits of more than 30%, achieve great improvement in various management indicators, achieve great breakthroughs in information and intelligence, achieve great development in rodless oil production, achieve great expansion in foreign markets, and take a big step on the road of building a world brand.

In the New Year, we should further practice the customer-centered concept, to provide customers with better service, more reliable products, and create more value. We will continue to improve our internal management and vigorously improve the quality and efficiency. We need to find gaps through benchmarking, solve problems through innovation, improve through connection, promote development through integration, and constantly enhance market competitiveness. We should do results, do value, do logic, do improvement, do closed loop, maintain the essence of hard work, struggle, pioneering, innovation, accelerate the pace of enterprise development.

In the new year, we will do what dare first, make handprint on the iron and leave footprint on the stone. Hammer by hammer to knock, one thing by one thing to do, step by step to go solid footprints. Go to a new level!
